There is an 11% Buyer's Premium on all winning bids. The auction is scheduled to begin to close at 2pm on January 28, 2019, beginning with Lot # 1, and with each lot closing just seconds behind the other unless a last minute bid is placed on a particular item. In that case the bidding for that particular lot will be extended approximately two minutes giving other bidders an opportunity to increase their bids. We encourage our Customers to place a maximum bid on each lot so that the system will automatically increase your bid to the next increment. This will prevent you from missing out on an item in the event that there are numerous last minute bids placed (and there usually are). Our Client wishes to offer the business as a complete package (real estate not included) in the event that someone desires to keep the business open and operating. Therefore we will offer the restaurant equipment as a bulk package and also as in individual pieces. If the entire contents sold as a bulk lot (Lot # 1A) is more than the individual bids on all other lots, then the bulk lot will be the winning bid and all of the individual lot winning bids will be considered null and void. Payment is due immediately after the auction closes and the credit card on file will be charged for the auction winning bids, the buyer's premium, sales taxes, and a 3% credit card surcharge. Those wishing to pay by bank wire must notify the auctioneer before the auction closes. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. However Bidders will have the opportunity to inspect the items up for auction January 24 & 25, 2019 during their store hours. Their store hours are 11am to 6pm. Bidders may pick up their items on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 9am until 5pm. There will only be one day for bidders to pick up their items. Bidders must make plans to have plenty of help, dollies, and equipment necessary to load-out their own items. Any item not picked up on that day will be considered abandoned by the Buyer and will be disposed of, as our Client has to be out of the building by January 30, 2019.
